Most Colombian companies charge a call-out / diagnostic fee of $30.000–$70.000 COP, often credited toward the repair if you go ahead. It is separate from the repair totals above. Colombia's standard 19% VAT (IVA) applies to appliance-repair services (Tax Statute, art. 468).
