Corrections: what to send and what happens next
If a price range, source, or methodology detail looks wrong, send three things: the page URL, what you observed (the figure or claim you believe is off), and a link or document showing the correct value if you have one. A published price list works. So does an invoice with the personal details removed. That's enough for us to re-check the underlying source ourselves.
Every report is read. A confirmed error is corrected in the next data refresh, or immediately if it is materially misleading. The page's "last reviewed" date moves only when its data actually changes, so you can see the fix landed. If we don't agree the value is wrong, the source we relied on is already cited on the page, named and dated, so you can check our reasoning against it.
Who you're writing to
Mail goes to the site's publisher and operator: the same certified technician who reviews the English-language appliance pages. The About page describes him with verifiable credential numbers. There is no support team, no ticket system, no outsourced inbox.
Press and data use
Journalists and researchers are welcome to cite our ranges with attribution. The open data page has per-metro index CSVs and describes the license. On method, the methodology page documents the formula, every input series, and each source's vintage. If something there is unclear, that's worth an email too.
What we can't help with
We don't book repairs, dispatch technicians, quote your specific job, or take phone calls. We publish Estimated cost ranges only. For an actual repair, contact a licensed local service directly. If you found us mid-breakdown, the cost guide for your appliance and problem is the fastest way to tell whether the quote you're hearing is fair.
