How we price this in the Philippines

Philippine national base ranges come from named Philippine cost-guide and parts sources. We localize them with PSA regional wage relatives (there is no Philippine equivalent of the U.S. Regional Price Parity, so the price and overhead terms stay at the national baseline). VAT is 12% nationwide, but many small repair shops are non-VAT (below the ₱3,000,000 annual-sales threshold) and charge none — so treat 12% as a ceiling.
