How we price this in India

India national base ranges come from named Indian cost-guide and parts sources. We localize them with PLFS regional wage relatives (there is no Indian equivalent of the U.S. Regional Price Parity, so the price and overhead terms stay at the national baseline). Only the labour share varies from state to state, using a general regional wage index, because no official table breaks this occupation down by state. GST is 18% India-wide on repair services, but many small repair firms fall below the GST registration threshold and charge none — so treat 18% as a ceiling. Prices are in rupees and never converted from another currency. The localization method and named, dated sources are on the methodology page.
