Australian after-hours call-outs are usually priced as a separate call-out fee plus an hours minimum rather than a flat surcharge — expect roughly $200 to $450 on top of the repair, though some 24/7 brands charge no after-hours premium at all. Evenings, weekends, and holidays can carry a surcharge — but far from always. National cost guides put the premium at:
