Philippine national base ranges come from named Philippine aircon-service sources, in pesos and never converted from another currency. The Philippines is a cooling market — window-type and split-type air conditioners — so our Philippine guide covers air-conditioning equipment only; where window-type pricing informs a range, the entry says so. We localize with PSA regional wage relatives (there is no Philippine equivalent of the U.S. Regional Price Parity, so the price and overhead terms stay at the national baseline). VAT is 12%, but non-VAT shops below the ₱3,000,000 annual-sales threshold charge none — treat 12% as a ceiling. TESDA RAC servicing certifications are the trade standard.
