Others add a flat charge: local HVAC-company cost guides put the after-hours dispatch fee at about $180–$280 across the Greater Toronto Area and $250–$350 in Ottawa, while one national brand steps a flat diagnostic fee from $99 to $129 (plus tax) on weekends and statutory holidays.
