- Brand tier — A genuine New Zealand positive-pressure home-ventilation brand — its own SMS (Smart Management System) automated controller and graduated F7 filters — and a manufacturer-brand comparable to DVS and HRV, not an installer/retailer label, so it earns a full entry rather than the exclusion applied to Harrisons I-Vent. Sayr publishes no genuine parts pricing, but the same NZ aftermarket supplier that prices the rest of the ventilation set stocks Sayr-fit media at exactly the HRV/SmartVent grade prices: F8 NZD 60, odour-removing carbon F8 NZD 99, H10 HEPA NZD 99 and HEPA-plus-carbon NZD 139. Its cheapest standard filter (F8 NZD 60) sits above DVS (NZD 45-50) and below Weiss (NZD 70), and no dear or importer-gated Sayr genuine channel was observed, so it is held at the mainstream baseline — dearer to filter than DVS and Moisture Master, but without the closed genuine channel that lifts HRV and SmartVent into premium.
