What changes a Weiss repair bill
- Brand tier — A New Zealand home ventilation, heat-transfer, heating and extraction brand — 'products designed in New Zealand by New Zealanders' — with its own NZ sales office. The only NZD figure observed for it is a Weiss-fit aftermarket filter at NZD 70 from the same NZ supplier that serves HRV, SmartVent, DVS and Moisture Master, and that figure is used rather than ignored: NZD 70 is 40-56 percent above the DVS-fit media (NZD 45-50) and above the common HRV/SmartVent F8 (NZD 60), which is the dearest single standard filter observed across the ventilation set. Weiss therefore sits slightly ABOVE the baseline and above DVS, the ordering its own cited supplier's prices show. It is held at the top of mainstream rather than pushed into premium because one filter listing is thin evidence: Weiss publishes no parts pricing of its own and no genuine-channel price was observed.
