What changes a Buderus repair bill
- Brand tier — Since the Bosch takeover Buderus has largely shared the same parts platform; at Belgian suppliers the Buderus spares are even listed under Bosch part numbers. On that Belgian list a gas valve block for a GB112 costs EUR 352.41 and a NOVA SIT 820 gas valve block EUR 406.25, against EUR 416.35 for the gas section of a Vaillant boiler at a Belgian supplier. A hot-water cylinder pump for the GB162 costs EUR 465.00 against EUR 583.98 for a Vaillant pump. Only the three-way valves are dearer than those of the reference brands: EUR 194.14 against EUR 119.04. The basket as a whole therefore sits just below the reference level. Basket-derived. No Buderus-appliance control board is listed at any Belgian shop; at the Belgian shop used, the whole Buderus range is listed under Bosch part references. Class-matched ratios against Belgian comparators: gasblok GB112 352.41 / Vaillant gasgedeelte 416.35 = 0.846; gasblok NOVA SIT 820 406.25 / 416.35 = 0.976; boilerpomp GB162 465.00 / Vaillant pomp 583.98 = 0.796; 3-wegventiel zonder aandrijving 194.14 / Bulex driewegklep 119.04 = 1.631. Median of the four = 0.911, rounded to 0.90. Upward caveat, recorded rather than used: the one board observed on the shared Bosch platform (EUR 432.37) reads 1.09x the anchor, so a Buderus repair that needs that board would price above this factor. Excluded from the domestic comparison: gasblok G124 EL and gasregelblok E/LL 80-100 kW, both EUR 765.20, as large/non-domestic. No comparator was observed for the gloeiplugs (EUR 115.02-136.06), so they are not used in the derivation.
