Cleaning alone stays very cheap; a complete replacement of the terminal is billed at €60 to €220 including VAT by the listed tradespeople, materials and call-out included. No regulatory constraint prevents a private individual from unclipping and replacing a terminal.

This type of motorised damper is only found in France on multi-zone ducted air conditioning, a minority but growing market; the prices below therefore come from that installed base and not from a heating installation, which is a wet system and does not use air dampers. The price of the part runs from €53 including VAT for a Ø125 circular damper to €218 including VAT for an Airzone model, installers putting the motorised damper itself at between €150 and €200 including VAT per duct. The €300 to €500 fitting and set-up fixed price that these same installers quote concerns the complete installation of a zoning system, not the replacement of a single damper: that is counted in technician hours, at €50 to €85 an hour, which puts the top of the range at around €520. The 230 V actuator is wired to the fixed electrical installation and reprogrammed on the zoning controller, which rules out DIY.

How much is a service-call fee for ductwork & vents repair?
Most French companies charge a call-out / diagnostic fee of €80–€170, often credited toward the repair if you go ahead. It is separate from the repair totals above.
