Brand and tier adjust the parts portion only — never labour. The mainstream baseline is Mitsubishi Electric: the air-to-air heat pump is the most common piece of mechanical heating equipment in a Norwegian home, and this is the brand Norwegian parts dealers stock most deeply. Toshiba, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Samsung, Hitachi and LG sit in the same parts-price class, while Daikin and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries sit higher. On the water-borne side — air-to-water and ground-source (bergvarme) — NIBE, CTC, Thermia, Bosch and IVT are the recurring names, with correspondingly higher parts prices; Flexit and Systemair (Villavent) supply balanced ventilation with Nilan above them, and Høiax covers hot-water cylinders.
