Both are outdoor boards for a domestic ~2.5 kW split, so the comparison stays inside a single board class, as this guide requires. It rests on that one pair, and that is stated plainly. An alternative 0.90 factor - the midpoint of this 0.95 and a whole-catalogue reading of 0.80 built on a Mitsubishi Electric board median of kr 8 517 - is not used, because no Norwegian price set observed for this guide produces that median. The Mitsubishi Electric boards actually observed at JS Energi are kr 3 512, 3 907, 7 851 and 10 105 -> median kr 5 879; the Toshiba boards there are kr 4 003, 5 498, 6 851, 7 456 and 16 224 -> median kr 6 851, so a same-retailer whole-catalogue ratio would be 1.17, not 0.80.
