How we price this in Italy
Italy national base ranges come from named Italian cost-guide and parts sources. We localize them with JobPricing Geography Index 2023 regional wage relatives (there is no Italian equivalent of the U.S. Regional Price Parity, so the price and overhead terms stay at the national baseline). Standard VAT is 22% Italy-wide, but many small sole-trader artisans use the flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario) and charge none — so treat 22% as a ceiling. Prices are in euros and never converted from another currency. The full formula, weights, clamp, and source vintages are on the methodology page.
