How we price this in Switzerland

Swiss national base ranges come from named Swiss cost-guide and parts sources. We localize them with cantonal wage relatives from the Federal Statistical Office's Swiss Earnings Structure Survey (there is no Swiss equivalent of the U.S. Regional Price Parity, so the price and overhead terms stay at the national baseline). VAT is 8.1% nationwide (the standard rate since 1 January 2024), but many small repair firms fall under the CHF 100,000 turnover threshold and are not VAT-registered — so treat 8.1% as a ceiling. Prices are in Swiss francs and never converted from another currency. The full formula, weights, clamp, and source vintages are on the methodology page.
